My experience was amazing. I had a filling and I'm very nervous regarding dental procedures - Shrey and Eleanor couldn't have been kinder, more patient and more caring. I was told what was happening every step of the way and given breaks and pauses to recover and calm down. They even put music on for me to help me relax! Both were so kind and I felt very safe. I definitely won't be so worried next time I visit as this was a really positive experience.

Overall experience at One Hatfield was incredible. From the initial consultation I felt at ease having surgery here. I was provided with lots of detail regarding the procedure and possible side effects by Mr Munasinghe, therefore was able to make a well informed decision about my care. I felt completely comfortable before and after my operation and the aftercare was amazing. All staff were attentive and ensured I was comfortable. Overall, a great experience and will definitely recommend to anybody who asks.
