Great staff, very helpful and attentive. Rooms very basic, 70s style, and could do with updating.

Clinic staff were exceptionally polite. In site facilities were great and free parking eased the associated stresses of healthcare visits.

My stay was 2 days. I could of gone home the next day but thought it wasn’t a good idea after my replacement hip . For me the physio was not enough. Nothing on how I could get dressed without help and excercises beyond the few that I was given . This was not great but thanks to Google I resolved it . Also being type 1 diabetic my insulin on a few occasions wasn’t given to me to take until the meal came , not ideal . My care though and the nurses was very good .

I was in overnight for a HoLEP procedure on my prostate. Very nervous obviously, I thought it would be quite painful but it turned out to be quite easy and pain free, just a little uncomfortable. For anybody else considering this procedure, it's surprisingly effective and the record very has been very easy. The ward was calm and friendly, I had my own bathroom with shower and the bedding was changed as soon as it was needed. The staff were super friendly and efficient and even the food was enjoyable with several vegetarian options. My Consultant, Mr Khan, was reassuring and informative and from the result, must have done a good job. The anaesthetist, Dr Warnapura, was also very reassuring and informative and took time to explain what was going to happen. I came round after the procedure quite gently and felt no pain at all, despite expecting some. Pain management seemed to be quite important on the ward too as I was often asked to rate the pain I felt, in case I needed additional medication.

I have been in more salubrious private facilities but this was absolutely fine and all the staff were very good.

Considering this is meant to be a private staff I thought the state of the rooms was poor. The tv didn’t work properly and I had actually stayed in the exact same room 2 years earlier and it didn’t work properly then. The furniture is mismatched and there was a pen lid in the wardrobe instead of a doorknob to cover the screw. Apparently you’re meant to get complimentary toiletries but I never saw any.
