Dr Low is exceptionally compassionate and knowledgable in her field given the sensitivity and nature of the healthcare service she is providing her bed side manners are needed in such a vulnerable Time ! I’m glad to have her as my Doctor during this journey

Dr Lowe is incredible 👍. She is very kind, caring, and compassionate. Meeting her was truly one of the best things that happened during my pregnancy journey. 😊 She is very approachable and replies within minutes via WhatsApp, almost any time of the day. This truly impressed both me and my husband and gave us great reassurance. She made us feel supported and reassured every step of my planned C-section. She explained everything in detail, which gave me so much confidence. I’m someone who is very scared of pain, but she constantly reassured me throughout the entire process and made sure I was comfortable and as pain-free as possible. Her focus on pain management made such a difference.😄 Dr Lowe is efficient and meticulous. The entire C-section process took less than an hour, even though my anaesthesia was a bit tricky and took more than 40 minutes. After the surgery, she visited us every day and provided exceptional care. Two weeks later, I’m recovering very well. It’s almost pain-free now, and my scar is barely visible. I truly don’t think I could have gone through the C-section without Dr Lowe’s help and encouragement.🙂 We are so grateful for her help in delivering our first baby girl. Thank you for making such a special time in our lives even more meaningful! ❤️💛 I would definitely recommend Dr Lowe to everyone👏, and I would absolutely go back to her if we’re lucky enough to have baby number two.😊

This is our second pregnancy and baby delivered with the help of Dr Shan Low, and there is no one else we would rather trust with our pregnancy journey. Doctor Shan Low was our angel doctor. Without exaggeration. Initially, we sought her as a private pregnancy care consultant to help with my wife’s early pregnancy bleeding, she not only calmed us down but explained us what to expect during pregnancy. However during the later stages we had serious complications that raised our pregnancy to very high risk - SGA, single artery umbilical cord and others. Had doctor Shan Low not correctly diagnosed our baby’s bottom 1st percentile weight(!) escalated our case and recommended the safest delivery mode, the safety and health of our baby and my wife would have been significantly compromised. While our baby was delivered in public/NHS facilities, and despite financial incentives, doctor Shan Low never once tried to convince us to switch to private care delivery, her outmost focus was on wellbeing and safety of our baby and my wife. This is a shining example of professional and ethical integrity. Our baby girl came to the world healthily and we are immensely grateful to doctor Shan Low for her support, care and advice. She is not only a great doctor but a warm and genuinely caring person. Thank you doctor Shan Low!

We were very happy to meet Dr Low and enjoyed the consultations which we found very helpful. We found her very kind and approachable. She correctly identified potential complications of pregnancy and put together a plan to manage them. Scheduling of appointments was very easy and she was always available for us via WhatsApp, well beyond our expectations. In fact, her late night phone call advising to get immediate help may have saved our lives - something we will be forever grateful to her for. She was very open to collaborating with the NHS as much or as little as we chose and had very good recommendations for other consultants within the private sector. My husband appreciated that he was part of the process and his opinion and medical history were considered carefully too.

We have done both pregnancy monitoring and c-section delivery with Dr Low and it was a great experience throughout. She is attentive and approachable, responded to my concerns within a few hours during the pregnancy despite having a busy schedule. My C-section delivery was also very smooth with quick recovery. Six weeks after the procedure the scar is barely there and multiple health professionals commented on how well-healed it looked. Would highly recommend.
