It was a very pleasant experience from reception to consultant to booking next steps and procedures

Everyone I dealt with at St. Barts made me feel welcome; they took time to make sure I was okay on every step of my journey. The hospital was clean. Considering I was in there for major surgery, I enjoyed every minute of my stay (aside from some of the unavoidable pain, of course).

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, it was very easy to book in or change appointments and the Professor (Richard Cohen) and all the Nurses (Giulia Paccagnella) I dealt with provided excellent service and went above and beyond to be contactable

The care I received at the Weymouth Street Hospital exceeded my expectations. The medical team, led by doctor Luca Sabatini was outstanding, they made me feel very confident and I trusted them fully for my surgery and post-surgery care. The facility felt more like a hotel rather than hospital, with food cooked by professional chefs, big rooms with own private bathroom and caring medical staff available at all times. Overall, my experience at Weymouth Street Hospital was highly positive and I am grateful for the great care I received. I highly recommend doctor Sabatini and Weymouth Street Hospital to anyone who needs medical treatment.

It was good but as time went on became very busy

Was met by a very friendly and professional Michael on reception who made me fell welcome and reassured before my doctors appointment.

Both the Cleveland Clinic in Portland Place and Grosvenor Place were brilliant! Again, all the staff were polite and caring and both clinics were spotlessly clean which gives you comfort. One thing that really sticks in my mind is after my procedure 16 days ago, I was sitting at the reception area waiting for a taxi and 2 members of staff came up to me and asked if I needed any assistance, which again, just makes you feel comfortable that you are in a caring environment, even away from the team that undertook the procedure.

Superb and efficient service, cannot fault it.
