The friendliness could not be marked 5 star unfortunately, as one of the two young receptionists (not wearing spectacles) was rather abrupt in her communication. Also, she contravened Data Protection by asking me what my date of birth was, whilst I was seated several metres away from the reception desk and in the presence and hearing of other seated patients. She did this to another seated patient whose response of their personal details was also within my hearing.

All the staff are fantastic, the hospitals are clean and welcoming. All the people that helped me throughout my journey have been wonderful. Ward staff were incredible kept me informed and comfortable. Shout out to the health care assistants and student that came to my aid when I was needing help. Huge thanks to the receptionist who was so lovely when I was in tears leaving my daughter. I'm so sorry I don't remember names but you were all amazing people and do a great job.

Majority of the team (nursing, hospitality & cleaning) were brilliant during my stay following the operation. I felt well looked after. Unfortunately my discharge felt a bit rushed, to the point I felt that I was an inconvenience. The handover of medication was given prior to my partner's arrival which meant he didn't have chance to ask questions about my ongoing care & medication

A kind efficient service starting with reception, secretary then Dr Critoph surgery. Thank you.

From entering the building to leaving it I was treated extremely well. Everyone was very friendly and professional
