It was as expected, but I didn't find the reception desk staff friendly which was slightly off putting.

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!

The overall experience was great. All staff were attentive, kind, caring and very positive. A lot of support for breastfeeding (where needed) and our care by Mr Kunde, Dr Arrandale and the entire staff was exceptional.

Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
