My experience with Luca Pozzi has been excellent every time. I find him to be thoughtful, intelligent and incredibly supportive.

I had seen a number of counsellors in the past over some years but meeting with Kathryn was a world of difference. She helped me to articulate the issues and steadily unpicked them with me, providing resources along the way to consolidate learning and help me apply it day to day. Her warm empathetic approach was key. Therapy has lead to genuine transformation not only in how I see myself but also in my relationships with others and I'm a much better leader as a result (and friend, family member, etc).

Juandri was extremely warm and empathetic and I found it very easy to open up to her about difficult situations in my past. She made me feel comfortable instantly and I felt that I clicked with her from the start. She really had a way at digging deeper into my behaviours and past in a way that I didn't know someone could. I really credit her for helping me process my past in a way that didn't feel overwhelming.

Monika is incredibly warm and patient, and gives an impression of unconditional compassion and belief in one's potential. Having this energy reflected at me on a weekly basis was truly healing in itself. I also appreciate how dynamic and adaptive her therapeutic style is. We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.

Experienced and kind

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.
