We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.
