Amazing care and compassion as always by Dr Amber. Approach to patient is beautiful and the way she explains and explores the issues that make so much sense. Putting patient at ease to open up and embrace their uniqueness with so much compassion is so wonderful. Every session with her gives us insight and strength to carry on. Feel blessed always as a family to have an opportunity to have Dr Amber in our lives. She is a true asset to medical profession and would recommend her to anyone seeking help out there.

We had a video consultation with Dr Amber. She gave us a feedback, her and her colleagues' findings during all stages of assessment. She was very clear, explaining in which areas our daughter needs more support.

The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

I cannot find anything negative to say about Kipapa, I found the overall experience beneficial.

Nicole issue needs toberesolved. Caused many issues on ward. Distress to many patients and management repeatedly told but no adequate measures were put tin place. Processes need more efficient operationalisation. Staff were kind.

James is an extremely experienced and competent physiotherapist who came recommended through my knee surgeon. He is able to quickly diagnose the underlying problem and suggest the necessary exercises, which he records as mini videos and then shares through email (rather than some complex platform requiring multiple passwords!) He has a very friendly demeanor and i can honestly not recommend him enough. The only downside is that he is often booked well in advance.
