The hospital is well presented with free tea/ coffee while waiting. The staff are kind and friendly and overall a great experience.

My husband and I are from Australia and chose to have our two children privately here - whilst it was an expensive decision, we were really satisfied with the care that we received at The Portland Hospital, hence returning for the delivery of our second child. The amenities and staff are wonderful.

The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.

The room was nice and clean and the food was delicious. The staff mostly friendly and polite.
