Mr Whittaker was very clear in explaining both the process of treatment as well as the diagnosis of my ear problem. I felt he listened well and allowed me plenty of time to ask all my questions so I didn't feel rushed. I was nervous and tense when initially attending the hospital appointment and he put me at ease, calmly and compassionately. I found him to be both approachable and professional.

I cannot praise Mr Anwar enough. From my first consultation with him because of my sudden loss of hearing he has proved to be a marvellous doctor. After the medication he initially prescribed only resulted in a partial improvement he recommended a procedure to cure the problem. I was admitted to The Cromwell ,as a day patient very quickly, where he carried out the operation with complete success.
