I went to see Professor Hanna and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The environment was clean, comfortable, and I had my coffee and biscuit while waiting my turn. I felt so cared for as soon as I arrived. Everything was explained to me before my surgery and I was reassured right up to I was put to sleep. When I came round after surgery I could not have felt more cared for , everyone was amazing and I was continually checked on through the night. Food was amazing too, all of the staff were polite , respectful and kind.
