Very good experience. All employees at the different receptions were very professional and attentive. Cecil, Mr Lee's secretary, was fantastic throughout the process.

We would rate our time at the Lister highly overall. Having a relatively small team means we got to see the same friendly faces who we feel genuinely cared about us and our experience; we appreciated the personal touch. The whole team are brilliant and we would like to send them our heartfelt thanks. The only slight frustration we had was that it could be very difficult to get through to the clinic on the phone, although communication did appear to get a little easier the further we got into treatment.
