I had a consultation with Dr Lascar in May 2024, focused mainly on the role and benefits of bio-identical hormones. She has a calm and warm personality which sets the tone for a relaxed conversation. I welcome Dr Lascar's holistic approach in getting to know her patients, touching on everything from diet, life style, personal and family medical history, mental and emotional load, etc. She is remarkably patient and took her time to explain thoroughly different aspects of body functions and how bio-identical hormones come into play. Dr Naji was the 3rd doctor I had seen about my condition and I wasn’t really sure I was going to keep the appointment, however I did and it was the best decision I ever made. Every interaction has been completely reassuring. I felt informed and confident with Mr Naji in consultations, examinations and my procedure. All my questions were answered and he explained everything to me clearly and honestly. He was the first doctor who wasn’t dismissive and really took the time to make sure I was making the right decision for myself. Mr Nath explained the risks and benefits of robotic surgery very comprehensively. More importantly, from my experience, he is an extremely competent surgeon in a very important emerging field. My post op recovery was very much faster than that of people I know who had a conventional procedure. His PA is also brilliant, making it easy to deal with any issues which arise such as queries from insurers. A great team.
