I have been a patient of the clinic for the past 5 years and they are all very professional and always available to accommodate your need for appointments.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.
