My consultation experience with Mr Natt was very positive. He listened to my concerns and provided a suitable outcome. He was friendly and comforting which made it easier to discuss my symptoms. He was efficient and straight to the point.

I had a tympanoplasty on my left ear and Mr Manjaly's expertise, knowledge and care has been evident throughout. From the initial appointment the treatment options were made clear and the risks and benefits of each option. He explained everything clearly and I understood what the surgery would entail should I opt to go ahead with treatment. On the day of the surgery he checked how I was before and after the procedure. I felt I was in the best care possible and have had a successful result following the surgery. My hearing has improved and I have had no re-occurrence of infections and issues prior to the surgery.

Everything was very well organised with no issues or waiting around - I had an initial phone consultation with Mr Hannan and a face to face appointment a few days later. He was so reassuring, explained everything really clearly and performed my procedure quickly, painlessly and thoroughly. He was very calm, patient and professional and I’m very grateful for his help!
