The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Harley Street. The reception staff are very polite and professional, in person and over email.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The team were all so friendly, I felt totally looked after and wanted for nothing!!!

Pleasant environment with kind and efficient staff

The hospital is clean, not too crowded. However, seems like there’s either no AC or it was broken, so it was quite hot. Most of the staff were professional and nice.
