I have received excellent care from Mr Rashid. My initial meeting was very reassuring, Mr Rashid explained the procedure clearly and was caring and respectful. On the day of my surgery he visited me both prior and post procedure, again ensuring I was happy and prepared. My follow up appointment was prompt, again reassuring and I feel I have had very good care throughout. Mr Rashid has offered guidance should I need further treatment or have any ongoing concerns. I am very grateful for his kind, supportive care as any surgery can feel daunting but I have felt in good hands from start to end.

I am very pleased with the treatment and after care received from Mr Bonanomi. he is very professional but at the same time has excellent people skills. Before the surgery he took time to explain everything, properly arranging everything from the pre op consultations to post op consultations in a very organised manner. A very skilled surgeon who preformed my complexed surgery successfully. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. I felt that he actually listened to my fears and treated me as a patient should be treated which in my experience with very qualified surgeons is a rarity.

Speaking with Tai was great. She is calmly spoken but very knowledgeable and breaks things down in a very easy to understand manner.

An absolutely amazing surgeon who I have since recommended to a number of people. I had total faith in his skills and knew that I would be in safe hands and receive the best possible care. The aftercare has been outstanding - there were times when I would send an email on a Saturday evening not expecting a reply until the Monday and had an immediate response.
