His sessions are very educational and strategy based which empowered us to navigate the challenging tides of adaptation with renewed hope, clarity, and confidence. Throughout the sessions Dr Filip focused on clearing misconceptions and providing a methodical approach on how and when to prepare and consume meals. All questions were welcome - no question was treated lightly or seen silly, and delicate questions were answered with a highly valued level of detail, care and compassion. Beyond meals, Dr Filip gave keen attention to understanding daily routines and lifestyle and used these to tailor a realistic overall health plan, setting manageable objectives with highest impact one step at a time. Before signing up with Dr Filip, we were hesitant that this would bear fruit. My father is now well into his fourth month since starting the programme, and we haven’t seen him this disciplined before. What I love most is that Dr Filip built good rapport with my father which resulted in him accepting advice and consistently showing up for the sessions, which are conveniently offered to us remotely. Very thankfully, we are already seeing positive results and hope to be able to reduce medication in a few months’ time. We are very blessed to have Dr Filip and we personally highly recommend him for quality care and support.

Dr. Bazire is a great professional. He shows a lot of empathy and support towards his patients. He was so supportive during the program and after that. With his way of being, he makes you feel comfortable to talk about your struggles and to want to make life changes. I am more than thankful for his support and for the changes that i was able to do.

From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. He explained the surgery that I required (whipple) in great detail and answered the questions that myself and my Wife had with great care and compassion and really made me feel a lot happier and comfortable as to what I should expect over the coming months. In hospital, the Prof once again demonstrated to me his passion for, just being one of the best at what he does. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. Ms Faby is very approachable, takes the time to get to know your dietary habits, medical history and anything that could have an impact on nutrition. Subsequently, she was swift at submitting an action plan with options and was professional with her follow up. Her input was a great boost to suppress snacking. I achieved my goal without any internal struggle.

Professor Purkayastha was very reassuring and helpful. He explained the procedure clearly and in detail I knew I was in excellent hands Thank you.

Caroline shares up to date sciences findings, which is important to me; she also shares documents I can use and keep, to later on refer to if needed. Those dociments are on what she explained to me and helped me manage and stabilise my symptoms. after each session, I received a summary of what we had decided my next step would be Beyond her solid knowledge, Carolineis a lovely person, with whom it is very easy to communicate. I am so glad I have been working with her as it changes my daily life :)

Mr Jones was very friendly and informative. He was happy to explain everything in detail and took his time to reassure me.
