My experience with Dr Jhajj has been transformative. I approached Dr Jhajj as I was struggling to lose weight, feeling stress and suffering from fatigue and lack of energy. This is a real benefit to having a longer consultation with such a caring Dr. She considered my food preferences and goals and proposed a comprehensive plan of what to eat, when to eat and the order in which to eat. To my surprise, this including many of my favourite treats. Though there was a lot of information, it was explained simply, and this helped me to understand better. Dr Jhajj checked in and offered support and accountability and within just a month, I had exceeded my wildest expectations of weight loss, but more importantly, I felt more energetic, emotionally stronger and genuinely like a new woman. I’m forever grateful to Dr Jhajj for helping me see what I specifically need to feed myself and preparing a step by step, easy to follow plan to help me achieve this, while enjoying my meals.
