Juandri was extremely warm and empathetic and I found it very easy to open up to her about difficult situations in my past. She made me feel comfortable instantly and I felt that I clicked with her from the start. She really had a way at digging deeper into my behaviours and past in a way that I didn't know someone could. I really credit her for helping me process my past in a way that didn't feel overwhelming.

She has been instrumental in my being able return from a deep and dark place into which I plunged four years ago. I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques. Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice.
