Excellent Discussion a totally different direction to help me get better after the session I felt I had hope

My experience with Luca Pozzi has been excellent every time. I find him to be thoughtful, intelligent and incredibly supportive.

Dr Sarkhel was very efficient and flexible with appointments, which made it easier to go through the diagnosis process. I like that he takes a holistic approach to treatment - we don't just discuss medication during check ups, but additional external support like counseling and social activities. This is helping me to better manage my ADHD symptoms and capitalise on the boost the medication provides to create better habits. It's not easy, but having check ups on these additional factors helps me stay on track. His assistants are also great at sending appointment reminders and checking if you need rescheduling, which helps me remember how close it is and make any changes with better than notice than if I handled it on my own.

Dr Roxburgh had gone over all the notes from our previous meeting (which was quite some time ago) This meant that we did not need to re-explain anything, we just carried on from where we left off. Her explanations were thorough and easy to understand. She also asked frequently if we understood and if we had any questions.

I am delighted to have this opportunity to express my respect and appreciation for Dr. Ute von Lerse and her extraordinary professional abilities as a first class clinician. She has been instrumental in my being able return from a deep and dark place into which I plunged four years ago. She has been my inspiration and my salvation as we worked so hard together on the most demanding, yet most satisfying, journey of my long life. Her sagacity and understanding has enabled me to not only regain myself but also to grow as a person and achieve a normality and an enjoyment and understanding of life which I had never considered possible.. Thank you Dr. Ute. I shall remain indebted and grateful to your skill and understanding for the rest of my life. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who is willing to work hard to regain their mental health and to grow for the benefit ,not only of themselves, but those who love them to benefit as well.

Dr Crabb was excellent. He was made us feel at ease and was very supportive. He explained everything to us clearly and was very thorough

Ben is extremely easy to speak to and confide in. He makes the experience very comfortable and safe. He is understanding and has a great way of handling difficult sessions. He allowed me to come to huge realisations on my own, but slowly working through what was happening in my past and present. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques.
