I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). Dr Singh recommended me for thumb joint replacement surgery as steroid injection wasn’t helping with pain relief .Surgey on the 16th May. I have now regained full strength and mobility of my left hand .My recovery was very swift and only hand to take one week off work.Over the moon with the results.
