The Spectrum team not only are experts, but are a really lovely team who've made me feel very well looked after. They've been patient with my many questions and great at explaining the physiology of what's going on and what's causing any pain. Somehow knowing this makes it easier to deal with it. I've been seeing them for post-op physio and at moments where I wondered if I'd ever get back to normal, they have been very helpful in explaining the journey and reassuring me.

- The waiting rooms were very clean and had comfortable seating, and since it was a very hot day, having water available was a massive plus. - The receptionists and pre-registration staff were very professional and diligent in processing my documents - The ambience in general was very calm and not chaotic at all (complete opposite to my country) - The communication by the hospital staff before and after the appointment was always done in a secure manner and very professional. - The fees paid are very reasonable, considering the very high level of professional standards. - The fact that my whole family was able to enter for my appointment also made me feel very safe (in my country, only one person is allowed to attend) and all concerns were addressed during the consultation. - The appointment time was adhered to, which was a very big plus.

I was seen on time at every visit and when plater casts needed removing or x-rays/CTs had to be taken, these were all organised very efficiently

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.

They were really professional and I wasn’t feeling well and they were very kind and did the procedure very quickly and the results in my case were typed up immediately. So I highly recommend them.

Everyone was helpful and answered all my questions. Superb care.
