I cannot recommend The Whiteley Clinic highly enough. The care I have received on each occasion has been exemplary. Before, during and after each procedure time has been taken to explain in detail every aspect of the treatment so that I have felt confident that I am in the very best hands.

Dad received outstanding professional care from the Royal Free and Dr Chauhan. The human connectedness and care added made all the difference to his healing and wellbeing. The only downside was the lack of climate adaptedness of the building, with Dad's room often far too hot during the hot summer days. The lack of windows for staff concerns me. Overall, we are extremely grateful for the amazing standard of care that Dad received, thank you.

My initial appointment was cancelled for the sit down scanner. It was rescheduled for the open MRI scanner as I could lie down. I would have waited until October for the sit down scanner so opted for an earlier appointment for the open scanner. I just about coped with it in terms of claustrophobia. The staff made it bearable. Great staff. Everything explained. Friendly. Polite. Efficient.
