Excellent service

Lovely friendly staff on site and clean premises. However the administration was very poor. They could never seem to locate my records when I called, incorrect letters were sent to me (e.g. booking in with the wrong consultant), others not sent at all. I frequently had to call to chase or clarify info. Lattily they gave me no updates/info about a follow-up surgery I was booked in for. Nothing to let me know it had been cancelled which meant I had to chase the surgeon for info and rescheduling. For the above reasons I'm not sure I would choose BMI London Independent again

We just wanted to say that we received excellent care at the Independent Hospital for a recent hip replacement. All the nurses and staff were fantastic and they took very good care of us - especially the surgeon. Everyone was great, including the aftercare.
