Staff lovely The imaging department need revising. , no one to answer calls no one to answer messages left on the phone , got called after getting the complaints email and then nothing literally took weeks to be able to get through and an appointment and that’s with my consultants secretary getting on to them as well, finally when I got the appointment I could t fault the 2 staff that helped me on the day they were lovely

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.
