Liked how quick I could book appointments, but felt the whole experience was very rushed and lacked any sort of preparation of what is to come, or detail around the injury itself

Some of staff can be a bit nonchalant;but overall good I guess they have a lot of different patients (not all patient ) and that can be a challenge

The hospital is clean abd efficient. Reception staff do a good job but would be nice if they smiled and and were welcoming.
