I found Miss Moon a delightful and most helpful lady, all her explanations of my procedure and follow up as clear and careful as I would have expected. Her attitude to her work was as good as anyone I have had ,ever. In my 94 years I have had several operations etc and none were more clearly explained,she has a very clever way in the surgery where all staff were kindly and efficiently instructed.
