Had to wait 30mns even though It was completely empty. The technician did not listen to my problem what the dr specifically told me to mention. He left me talking and entered his cabin. Even the assistant did not want to listen and acted as robots. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a medical center or hospital in Dubai

The experience at Al Shunnar wether for surgery or clinic visits is always perfect: professional, friendly, serious and on top of things. Always feeling at home and safe! Dr Buthaina is incomparable in competence and work ethics! I had the chance to do treatments with Soumia as well who is an amazing therapist and also lymphatic massage with another super competent therapist! Congratulations to all the team for the perfect work and the good energy!

Overall, my experience at Prime Medical Center Mizhar was good, but I found that the staff did not effectively communicate the process of getting a token for all services, which needs improvement for better patient experience. Thank you

Very bad They take a swap for my daughter they said the results will come out in an hour I am done at 12pm now it's 6:30 they sent nothing I called them 6 times asking about the results i just want to know if my daughter have to take antibiotics or no They keep saying we will come back to you we will send an email and nothing happens Last time I called they kept me waiting online for more than 10 minutes then I hang out You know what I don't want this result and it will be me first and last visit I will never recommend Thank you
