Had to wait 30mns even though It was completely empty. The technician did not listen to my problem what the dr specifically told me to mention. He left me talking and entered his cabin. Even the assistant did not want to listen and acted as robots. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a medical center or hospital in Dubai

The clinic is very generous to do a 25 minutes in-person consultation. Peaceful place with calming atmosphere. The views on the window during your session are beautiful too! Receptionist April is very easy to converse with. My therapist Fatima is very helpful in guiding and explaining to me about therapy. Mental health really matters!

Very professional staff specifically Ms Rana She is very nice , helpful any time , efficiently Quick response Reghad, Sulaimane, Sneha are good therapists, attentive and helpful
