The waiting area was not overcrowded and was very comfortable, with no clear updates on how long the wait would be. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and busy which only added to the delay. The lack of communication and inefficient service made the whole process extremely stressful and disappointing. This long and poorly managed wait time is something that needs urgent improvement.
