Today i visited The well-being Sanctuary . It was my first time . I try energy healing package. I have enjoyed my experience, I felt very comfortable . It’s very good things for our mental health and keep our selves fit mentally. I liked the vibes of the place very comforting and calm. The therapist Sarmishta is amazing and very professional she explains everything in details. I really highly recommend everyone to try. I will definitely come back again.

She has diligently guided me through injury (from other athletic pursuits) while still evolving my practice in pilates so I don't feel stuck or demotivated. She posesses the wonderful ability to turn conceptual understanding of the movement into something concrete. Domingo is a real expert, with absolute magic in her hands!
