Dr. Dimitri and all the other doctors plus all the stuff are beyond great! I feel very good and professional treated. I trust my doctors in every way and I see how much afford everyone is giving. This is so important for couples who go through this. No matter which day or time I can reach to the team and specially Dr. Dimitri. This is not common but for them a naturally. I have been to so many fertility clinics but nowhere I felt this support and kindness. To the management: the people here make that hard way easier for us.

I had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience at the pharmacy recently. After receiving my token, I had to wait an excessively long time before my number was called. The waiting area was not overcrowded and was very comfortable, with no clear updates on how long the wait would be. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and busy which only added to the delay. The lack of communication and inefficient service made the whole process extremely stressful and disappointing. This long and poorly managed wait time is something that needs urgent improvement.

Clinic recently doing a few goof ups with appointment date n time hopefully the admin team will be cautious to address it. Else it’s an add on pressure to the doctor with back to back appointments n if the procedures are lengthy.
