Pauline was like an angel sent to us. She is kind and so patient with our children. So much engaged with all of them with their needs as required. Wherever I was believe me I was comfortable knowing my babies were safe. Definitely she is one of the best I would recommend. Thank you Twinkle home health care for your overwhelming services.

I had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience at the pharmacy recently. After receiving my token, I had to wait an excessively long time before my number was called. The waiting area was not overcrowded and was very comfortable, with no clear updates on how long the wait would be. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and busy which only added to the delay. The lack of communication and inefficient service made the whole process extremely stressful and disappointing. This long and poorly managed wait time is something that needs urgent improvement.
