After struggling with long term running injury, I booked in to see Alex. My only regret is that I didn’t book in sooner! She was able to very knowledgeable and was able quickly locate the locations of the issues, and used a variety of techniques to address them. I have had instant relief from the muscle tightness after the session. I am looking forward to my follow up session

Sophie is amazing, gentle, kind and has a deep understanding of her subject. She helped me in the first two sessions, and gave me the confidence when I fractured my elbow.
