I live in Al wasl , but i prefer to go to Prime Medical Center in Al qusais because of the Doctors especially, friendly staff and quick service .

The Staff/cashier at the Prime Medical-Al Qusais was unable to inform me the Doctor's consultation charges even after requesting politely several times. They informed me that they cannot inform the charges and can know only after consultation with the doctor, since it is through an insurance. This is not a fair and transparent practice. The patient has every right to know the consultation charges before consulting any doctor. Whether it is self pay or through insurance. I hope Prime Medical take necessary corrective action & the patient shall be informed in advance all the consultation charges, testing, etc. well in advance before availing the respective services. Rgds.
