I had a troubling experience with the general practitioner doctor Ashima, which I feel compelled to share. Firstly, the doctor mentioned that she needs approval to issue a sick leave certificate. This has never been the case in any of the Prime Hospital branches I have visited before. I find it weird that a doctor does not have the authority to provide a sick leave certificate, especially when it is evident that the patient is unwell. Secondly, I informed the doctor that I had a fever the previous night and had taken two Dolo tablets. Despite this, because I did not have a fever at the time of my visit, she dismissed the possibility of the fever returning and did not grant me a sick leave. This lack of consideration for my condition and the potential for my fever to recur was extremely frustrating, especially since I have work the next day and needed the sick leave. Overall, my experience was quite unsatisfactory, and I hope that this feedback will lead to improvements in your service and policies. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely Abdul

Well clinic is nice. My recommendation only in this clinic at least should check or submit first the pre approval from insurance either it is optional or not before they decline.

From the outset, Dr. Sharma impressed us with her expertise and her warm, friendly demeanor. She took the time to thoroughly explain the steps and care necessary during pregnancy, ensuring that we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. In addition to Dr. Sharma, we were equally impressed by Nurse Mrs. Sumi Mathew. Mrs. Mathew's follow-up and attention to detail were exemplary. She ensured that we never missed any consultations with Dr. Sharma, and she facilitated the scheduling of essential blood tests and scans each month. Her professionalism and dedication to her role were evident, and we greatly appreciated her support throughout the process. Overall, our experience with Dr. Vibha Sharma and Nurse Mrs. Sumi Mathew at Prime Medical Center Sheikh Zayed Road was extremely positive. Their expertise, kindness, and attention to detail made our journey through pregnancy much smoother and more reassuring.
