Dr Ahmad Raslan is a distinguished Ophthalmology Specialist, specialising in Oculoplastics, Orbit, and Refractive Surgery at Eye Consultants in Dubai. Dr Raslan's educational journey began with the completion of his medical degree at Ain Shams University, Egypt in 2006. He later completed his Master's Degree in Ophthalmology from the same university in 2011, followed by his Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare at the University of Alcalá in Madrid, Spain in 2022.

Dr Raslan's areas of specialisation cover a wide array oculoplastic surgeries and diseases, including: blepharoplasty, lacrimal system surgery, lacrimal intubation, punctal occlusion, entropion, ectropion, cut wounds, ptosis repair, enucleation and exenteration.
