He did a consultation with me and addressed my concerns. We proceeded with the weight loss package, which included blood tests, food testing and insulin monitoring. I was able to lose my weight and build muscle and visibly notice my Jeans drop 2 sizes over the period of 2 months. I preferred this option over coolsculpting as there was minimal downtime and no bruising afterwards.
