Dr. Akram Abo Daken is a highly qualified emergency medicine specialist and a prominent figure in the field of emergency medicine leadership. He is a member of the European Resuscitation Council and the Syrian Resuscitation Council, where he currently serves as the Secretary. He is also a member of several other medical associations, including the Syrian Emergency Medicine Association, the Syrian American Medical Association, and the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Abo Daken earned his MD from Aleppo University in Syria and completed his Master's degree in Emergency Medicine from the Syrian Ministry of Health. He is also a Board-certified Emergency Medicine Specialist in Syria and holds licences from the Dubai HealthCare City Authority and the Dubai Health Authority.

With his expertise in urgent and intensive care, trauma, toxicology, ultrasound, medical education, and health system management, Dr. Abo Daken has established himself as a leading expert in his field. He has also held various leadership roles, including serving as the Secretary of the Global Network of Emergency Medicine conference, and as the Chairperson of the International Conference on Emergency Medicine in 2015.
