The level of expertise and knowledge is impressive

I feel much better than before. My sessions always start with basic treatment, and then we move on to stretches and exercises. He helped me correct a lot of techniques that I thought I was doing correctly. He also explained to me one of the most important elements of training: listening to my body and adjusting it as needed.
