Dr. Francisco when I met him on the first day, he saw my case and straight away explained the type of surgery and what are the risks and made everything clear from the first consultation, Pre-surgery he came and checked on me and made sure I am mentally and emotionally fine and did his markings and explained how the procedure will go and calmed me down.
