Ms. Gemma has a Sports Science Degree and a Secondary Post

Graduate Certificate in Education for secondary and A-Level Physical

education. Whilst teaching Physical education, she completed Level 3

Personal Trainer qualification alongside the Level 1 counselling and

hypnotherapy NVQ and Level 3 Pre and postnatal qualification.

"I have spent around ten years working with female clients, supporting

them through pregnancy, and helping them return to exercise post

pregnancy, both in the UK and UAE, with a focus on corrective rehab

exercises and self-care. I have worked with numerous mums that

compete in events, getting them strong, working on muscular

imbalances and increasing fitness”.
