I’ve been going through a lot since my childhood and looked for help. I remember when I called the first time to ask for therapy she made me feel good and seen, and motivated me to take steps forward. I am very happy to have her as my therapist now, and can’t wait to have the next appointment every time to talk through everything and make sense of my feelings and my past. Even when I think I have nothing to say, she encourages me and together we discover things that my mind has been blocking out. This therapy is the help I’ve always needed. She is smart and explains me a lot of things that just make sense when she points it out.
