Dr Mahmoud Youssef Khattab is a specialised Ophthalmology Specialist with over 15 years of expertise in various facets of eye care, achieving world-class performance and ensuring efficient implementation of ophthalmic procedures. He completed his medical degree at Ain Shams University, Egypt, in 2008 followed by his Master's Degree in Ophthalmology at the same university in 2012. In 2015 he became a Fellow in Ophthalmology of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, UK.

Dr Khattab specialises in Paediatric Ophthalmology, offering a wide range of treatments and services, including: squint treatments, congenital and paediatric cataract management, amblyopia treatment, ptosis correction, and the excision of lid lesions and chalazion. He also has expertise in punctal plugs insertion, addressing recurrent corneal epithelial erosions, managing uveitis, and providing comprehensive refraction services.
