He is currently a member of various international bodies like the Endocrine Society USA, the American Thyroid Association(ATA), and the American Diabetes Association(ADA). His areas of expertise apart from diabetes and thyroid disorders are pituitary and adrenal disorders, bone metabolic disorders, growth hormone disorders, and puberty disorders in children.
