Ms Firdous is a UK-trained, CDA and BACP-licensed Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist at BE Psychology Center for Emotional Wellbeing with nine years of experience in the field of mental health.

Firdous continually expands her knowledge through additional training, addressing diverse issues such as cults and high control groups, child Protection, and adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Firdous is a strong advocate for mental health accessibility and has successfully assisted clients dealing with various challenges, including abuse, anxiety, depression, and workplace burnout.
