Ms. Nour is a licensed healthcare professional who earned her Bachelor's degree in Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Lebanese International University. She completed her internship at Hammoud Hospital University Medical Center in Lebanon, where she gained valuable experience working with critically and chronically ill patients and educating them on therapeutic diets and food service management.

After successfully passing her MOH and DHA examinations, Ms. Nour obtained her DHA license. With over 5 years of experience in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics, she has implemented numerous successful weight management programs. Previously, she worked as a clinical dietitian at a leading clinic in Lebanon and also gained experience in clinical dieting and food catering at Souhi w Diet clinic in her hometown.

Ms. Nour remains updated in her field by attending conferences and webinars. Some of her recent webinar topics include Nutritional and functional well-being during COVID-19, Clinical Nutrition management for COVID-19 patients from a UAE perspective, and Consequences of diabetes mellitus on Nutritional Status.

In her practice, Ms. Nour prioritizes the patient's lifestyle and preferences, crafting flexible plans that help them comfortably achieve their goals. She emphasizes the importance of creating a healthy lifestyle rather than implementing temporary changes.
