As an intuitive healer and expert in Emotional Alchemy, Pamela's personal journey has led her from a life of workaholism to one of balance and health in her 40s, illuminating the shadows of her own traumas along the way.

Over the past 12 years, Pamela has undergone a profound transformation, dedicating herself to supporting other free Spirits on their healing journeys. Her mission is to help individuals unlock their inner wisdom, navigate change cycles, and manifest new realities.

Pamela approaches her work with the mindset of a passionate detective, uncovering underlying motives and bringing structure to chaos. Central to her practice is Embodiment, which emphasises the importance of understanding "Who we are in the body." By coaching through the body, Pamela facilitates deep and lasting change, allowing clients to integrate transformation into their daily lives effortlessly.
